Professional Review

GTA V is a crime saga that’s become one of the most popular video games ever. Though it’s been released in 2013, it still attracts lots of players. Download GTA V for Xbox 360 as one of the best games for this console!

GTA V Concept 5/5

The protagonists of the story are three independent robbers, doing their risky business under attacks from both organized crime and police. Their stories are interconnected, so the player has an opportunity to play each of them. Still, the characters are independent, and upgrading stats for one of them doesn’t impact others.

On your way you go from an unlucky robbery back in 2004 to the crimes they do in 2013, getting together for one more time. This time they’ll have crowds after them, including FIB (no typo), Chinese and Latin gangs, involving cars, helicopters, hackers and politicians. Will you drive the story to the happy ending in a stolen car?

Along with the core storyline, you can play GTA Online, competing with other players in the open world. The last official add-on for Xbox 360 was released in 2015, but they still provide precious hours of gameplay.

The cult that draws upon GTA V includes unlimited modding, and that’s where Xbox 360 is better because it can be modded itself (we don’t recommend it, but we can’t keep you from it). Then there are ways to use third-party modifications.

Visuals Effects 5/5

The game was released when Xbox 360 was the top; later it was adapted for Xbox One, but the engine was the same, so the newer console offers but a little advantage. The RAGE engine exploits the hardware to make the picture deep and the movement smooth. It’s still one of the most beautiful urban adventures, showing San-Andreas onshore and offshore, with skyscrapers and beaches, deep basements and underwater treasures, from a chopper or from the floor, equally great.

Audio Effects 5/5

Why isn’t there a movie based on GTA? Because you don’t need one when you appreciate how greatly the origin is voiced and edited. Audios contribute to it as much as the visuals. The actors speak as if there is “Best Game” in Oscar nomination. Guns and engines, streets and weather produce the very sound they’re supposed to. But probably the most attractive part of it is the OST, now classical, then fresh and rocking.

Controls 5/5

Xbox 360 is one of the consoles that GTA V hit first. So no wonder all the controls have been first developed just for it. Driving is a pure pleasure with it, even if you tried it on newer generation devices. So it is with any other activity. Even after getting used to newer gamepads, while the old controller might have felt clumsy, it doesn’t.

Replay Value 5/5

Despite the age, the game is still playable. The adventure can unfold in many ways, with carrying consequences. Add-ons bring new missions. Online mode is still available so you can compete with unpredictable protein opponents. And (last, but not least) GTA V remains one of the most decent games for Xbox 360, with logically weak competition. So if you still keep that console, you’ll appreciate the game even more.

This GTA V for Xbox 3260 review should result in mentioning that it’s one of the most successful video games ever. Maybe Red Dead Redemption 2 will surpass this, but it won’t be released for Xbox 360. So GTA V has no decent rival here.

If you needed one reason to keep your console, it’d be this. So download GTA V for Xbox 360, and the old console will still make sense.

Pros : Largest open world based on real America;
Multiple missions and online mode;
Varying endings;
Tons of free or paid DLC and third-party mods;
Great OST with exclusive tracks.

Cons : Features all sorts of 18+ content (if it’s not a pro);
Requires a lot of space;
Lacks some addons only released for Xbox One.
