Aim Hero app is a trainer game, which allows you to practice your aiming, reaction, and shooting. This trainer would be a great way to perfect skills for the professional, semi-pro, or just casual players, who want to improve their results at online gaming. Download Aim Hero to become a sharpshooter!
Basically, Aim Hero is a crudely designed virtual shooting range. Its looks are composed of grey walls and geometrical figures with blue lines drawn over them. And amidst that color simplicity, red targets abruptly appear in random places, at a certain speed and time intervals.
Minimalistic SFXs— micro-explosions, particle effect, and light recoil aren't that bombastic as in a full-scale FPS. But they are enough to simulate a decent shooting range, where you can sharpen your skills sharper than the sharpest shank. And also Aim Hero system requirements stay low due to this. Gunshot sounds add a bit more satisfaction to the training routine.
Aim Hero gameplay consists of various practice modes. For instance, Penta Kill Training — it helps you improve your technique of gunning down several targets simultaneously, 5 to be precise. They move in a single-file formation, although the direction of some targets may change abruptly.
Another mode is called Reflex Training. Red marks unpredictably pop up on a dark field. Naturally, your objective is to keep shooting them for a fixed amount of time and repeat the whole thing if necessary. Other modes include Strafe Target Training, Classic Aim Training, etc. All in all, you get to test 8 training modes, with 3 difficulty levels in each.
So far you won't find Aim Hero Android or Aim Hero iOS versions — the tool is available exclusively for the PC gamers. Which is definitely a heartbreak — with the recent PUBG and Fortnite ports for those two platforms, mobile gamers could use a good training app.
The game features no additional IAPs, but there's no Aim Hero free download. Architected by a small, independent team, it charges about $3.5 for its services. Not the biggest price tag, by any means, but it could use a $1 off discount or so.
As an alluring bonus, Aim Hero latest version features mouse sensitivity settings, borrowed and emulated from the top online fps games:
- CS: Global Offense;
- Rainbow Six Siege;
- Quake Champions;
And settings from more games are promised to be added in the foreseeable future. From the tactile point of you, Aim Hero feels more or less realistic, but it could use a more meticulous work on the a) Weaponry classes b) Recoil mechanics.
Replay Value 4.5/5
Aim Hero game will make an excellent shooting trainer for every fps fan, who's intending to improve their skills. Or maybe take their gaming to the next, more professional level. The app is a solid practice tool, although it does lack some finesse at regulating the difficulty parameter.
Aim Hero is a decent and pretty good FPS trainer game. It's still in early access. Therefore it doesn't have a polished design or meticulous practice customization nuances. But it certainly can boost your skills, especially if you're into one of the games, settings of which it supports. More updates and additions are on the to-do list, so this app is worth a shot. Our Aim Hero review gives the app a solid B.
